My version of healthy pancakes are packed with nutrients and super easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
Banana- 1/2
Oats- 40g
Milk- 1/2 cup
Almonds-5 to 8
Cinnamon powder- a pinch
Vanilla extract(optional)
Method:
Take a blender and add sliced banana, oats , almonds , cinnamon powder and blend until the powdered mixture is formed. Now add milk and vanilla extract and blend in to a batter consistency.
Heat a pan and pour the batter on top. Now cook on medium heat with least amount of oil. Cook on both sides until the batter turns golden brown. Now take it off the heat.
You can add toppings of your choice. (It’s completely optional, my personal favourite is honey!).
